Graduate Assistants
All graduate assistants are eligible to apply for a 2025-2026 parking permit in the beginning of August.
Please note that a parking permit (sticker) grants a student permission to park on campus, but does not guarantee the availability of a parking space.
Application Process
Graduate assistants Commuter students may request a Graduate Assistant Parking Permit (sticker) in the ARMS Parking Application. Please complete all mandatory fields, including your vehicle’s information and then request a Graduate Assistant Parking Permit. You will receive email notification when the permit is assigned and available for pick up at the Office of Transportation in Alumni LL06.
Stickers must be placed on the lower left side of the driver’s side windshield. The sticker is not to be removed or transferred. A replacement sticker may be obtained for a newly purchased vehicle or a replacement windshield at the Office of Transportation.

Where to Park
Graduate assistants assigned parking permits may park in the following locations:
- Anderson Garage
- Friar Development Center/Wardlaw Lot (after 4:30 pm)
- Harkins Hall Circle (after 4:30 pm)
- Lennon Garage
- Library Lot (after 4:30 pm)
- Mondor School of Nursing Lot (after 4:30 pm)
Access to these spaces will be added to your Graduate Assistant PC Card. There is no overnight parking for graduate assistants.

Permit Pickups: Weekdays, 8:30am – 3:30pm
