Off-Campus Students

Off-campus students live within a 1/2 mile of the campus perimeters and may request a 2026-2027 Off-campus Parking Permit for the academic year, at no cost. Students may begin requesting Off-campus Parking permits at the beginning of August for the upcoming academic year.

Please note that a parking permit (sticker) grants a student permission to park on campus, but does not guarantee the availability of a parking space.

Application Process

Off-campus students may apply for an Off-campus Parking Permit in the ARMS Parking Application. Please complete all mandatory fields. You will receive email notification when the permit is assigned and another when the permit is available for pick up at the Office of Transportation in Raymond Hall, LL60 (just inside the Public Safety vestibule).

Students may only request a parking permit for a vehicle that is registered in their name or in the name of an immediate family member. In addition, each vehicle may only be linked to one student account and cannot be shared between multiple students for permit purposes.

Sticker/Permit Placement

Stickers must be placed on the lower left side of the driver’s side windshield. The sticker is not to be removed or transferred. A replacement sticker may be obtained for a newly purchased vehicle or a replacement windshield at the Office of Transportation.

It is the parker’s responsibility to remove any expired permits from their vehicle.

When to Park

During the academic year, off-campus students with assigned parking permits may park on campus:

Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:30pmMonday-Friday, 3:30 pm-midnight AND
