Graduate & SCE Students
All Graduate and SCE students are eligible to apply for a 2026-2027 academic year Graduate/SCE Parking Permit at no cost. Graduate and SCE students may request parking permits for the upcoming academic year in early August.
Please note that a parking permit (sticker) grants a student permission to park on campus, but does not guarantee the availability of a parking space.
Application Process
Graduate/SCE students may request a Graduate/SCE Parking Permit in the ARMS Parking Application. Be sure to complete all required fields, including your vehicle information. You will receive an email notification when your permit has been assigned and is ready for pickup.
Students may only request a parking permit for a vehicle that is registered in their name or in the name of an immediate family member. In addition, each vehicle may only be linked to one student account and cannot be shared between multiple students for permit purposes.
Sticker/Permit Placement
Stickers must be placed on the lower left side of the driver’s side windshield. The sticker is not to be removed or transferred. A replacement sticker may be obtained for a newly purchased vehicle or a replacement windshield at the Office of Transportation.
It is the parker’s responsibility to remove any expired permits from their vehicle.
