Graduate & SCE Students

​All graduate and SCE students are eligible to apply for a 2025-2026 Graduate/SCE Parking Permit at no cost. Applications open early in August for the upcoming acadmic school year.

Please note that a parking permit (sticker) grants a student permission to park on campus, but does not guarantee the availability of a parking space.

​Application Process

Graduate/SCE students may apply for a Graduate/SCE Parking Permit in the ARMS Parking Application. Be sure to complete all required fields, including your vehicle information. You will receive an email notification when your permit has been assigned and is ready for pickup.

Sticker/Permit Placement

Stickers must be placed on the lower left side of the driver’s side windshield. The sticker is not to be removed or transferred. A replacement sticker may be obtained for a newly purchased ve​​​hicle​ or a replacement windshield at the Office​ of Transportation.​​​

Where to Park

Graduate and SCE students with assigned parking permits may park in the followinng locations:

  • Anderson Garage
  • Friar Development Center Lot (after 4:30pm)
  • Harkins Hall Circle (after 4:30pm)
  • Lennon Garage (after 4:30 pm)
  • Library Lot (after 4:30pm)​
  • Slavin Lot (after 4:30pm)
  • Smith Center Lot (after 4:30pm)​

There is no overnight parking available to Graduate and SCE Students who do not live on campus.
